About Lotte
Coaching people in work is only one of my passions.
I also work with the long-term unemployed (in excess of 10 years) to encourage and help them set up their own businesses in the absence of them ever being able to get a job.
I’ve set up five of my own businesses and so understand the logistics. My role with all my clients is to help them dig deep and build on their own strengths. I provide the encouragement, and maybe a little discipline, to keep going.
I do have some other passions – my family, music festivals, tennis, skiing, riding my Ducati Monster, travelling when we can again, and being a late-in-life hiker.
As an ICF coach, I honour the client as the expert, believing them to be creative, resourceful and whole.
I know, as I’ve had a coach for years, left to my own devices there’s a good chance I’d never have even thought of reaching that place, that I know deep down, I’m truly capable of achieving.
I’m passionate about working with people to explore their potential so they can succeed beyond their wildest dreams, professionally and personally.
